Terms of Service

Welcome to ADDMind. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and Cure Consulting Group, LLC (“ADDMind,” “we,” “us”). By installing or using the ADDMind iOS app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 17, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms with you. The App is currently offered only to users in the United States.

2. Your account

You may use the App anonymously in Explorer Mode or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
  • Interfere with the App’s normal operation, including by probing or scanning our infrastructure without permission.
  • Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.

4. Subscriptions and billing

ADDMind Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Subscription terms (price, billing period, renewal) are presented in the App before you confirm a purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

5. AI features

The App uses generative AI to categorize brain dumps, suggest micro-steps, and produce short affirmations. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You should treat AI suggestions as starting points, not professional advice. ADDMind is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. 6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (brain dumps, tasks, notes). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the App for you. We retain all rights to the App itself, including its design, code, trademarks, and the “ADDMind” name.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADDMind and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. On termination, the license you grant us to your content also ends, and we delete your content per the retention windows in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms at www.addmind.app/terms with a new “Last Updated” date and notify you in-app.
